We understand the struggle to choose the right fragrance without experiencing it in person, so we do offer returns within 7 days since you received the orders. In the following is our return policy,


The product must be sent back in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all seals and packaging intact. The package custom declaration must be marked as a “return of goods” or as a gift when sent back to our store. You will be responsible for any fees related to the return of your product including shipping.

How to return a product

  1. Ensure that your product is still eligible in accordance with our 7-day return policy
  2. Get in touch with us at – providing a receipt or proof of purchase, a picture of the item(s) bought and reason for applying for a return.
  3. We will provide the appropriate return address required for shipping.
  4. After receiving returned goods, our store will notify you.
  5. Once inspected and accepted for return, a refund will be issued.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPal account. It can take up to 7~10 business days to appear on your account. If you have any problems, questions, or concerns please contact us at:

If 7 days have passed since you received your order or you bought the item(s) on sale, we can’t offer a return. Only regular priced items qualify.

Note: For all international physical product orders which are not shipping with a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive your package if you are not taking the trackable shipping. We will not refund any orders which go over the delay prescribed by the postal service. Refunds are not possible for an order not received for international orders, if the shipping option was not trackable.

Note: You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokerage related to the return of your product on shipping the order back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: All prices for our products or any kind of service offered on “” are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part of content thereof) without notice at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspension or discontinuance of the service.


To minimize the turn-around period, we do not offer exchanges.

If you wish to exchange a product due to preference, you must first apply for a return and ship back the goods. Once approved, we will issue a refund and you are more than welcome to place another order with the desired product.

NOTE: The consumer is responsible for paying all associated return shipping fees.

【Defective items】

We will always try our best to ensure that our goods are in the best quality possible. However, on the rare occasion there is a defect, we will be more than happy to assist with the matter.

Simply get in touch with us and provide us with photographic evidence of the defect. We will then assist with the process to secure a new product.

【Returned packages】

If a package is sent back to us by a postal service for any given reason, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send back the package to you. We will contact you and confirm the second shipment of the package. If after 60 days we’ve notified you and we haven’t heard back, all returned packages will be put back into stock and refunded if applicable.


You will be responsible for any customs fees related to your order. Please note that the taxes charged by your country’s customs are solely determined by them.

The customs fee will depend on the value of the package and the item bought. Please refer to your country’s customs for further approximation of the cost.


The items on final sale won’t come back in stock and can’t be returned or exchanged.
