Billie Eilish no.1

This was my 1st proper perfume I had. I love this damn perfume so much, I hope and pray they never reformulate this. The Tonka bean is such a cozy and comforting note, which provides complexity to the otherwise run of the mill vanilla scent. I got this perfume in 7th grade, and my life was pretty hellish at this point. No friends, abusive father, chronically online, smoking weed and cutting myself every day. That is, until I met my best friend in 3rd period guitar class. I had a crush on him but we decided to just stay friends. He is really the greatest, I gotta say. We both love music so much, our relationship was sparked by our mutual love for MJK and Primus. He's such a good, loyal, funny guy, and I'm so glad to have him in my life, and this perfume is now forever associated with our friendship in my mind. As well as going to awesome concerts like like Sessanta (APC, Puscifer and Primus).

According to an old review I wrote (not about Eilish) when I first tried Eilish in a store I didn't like it. Several years later I have a mini rollerball sample and I am rather keen. It is like buttermint candy or Fox's Glacier Mints plus vanilla and it is extremely cozy. Why it is minty I do not know but I enjoy it. It is quite versatile and although probably better suited for cooler weather it is not limited to it. I like the dry down and it reminds me somewhat of Palmers Cocoa Butter lotion. It does not really smell like the notes listed which sound enticing but I still enjoy the end result. I have purchased Nebras as I think it is a perfectly acceptable and very nice dupe. Wearing this in PJ's as the nights darken and the weather chills, drinking hot milk and saffron. Feels incredibly comforting. A good celebrity offering that feels a bit niche due to the faux-mint thing happening.

came back to say another thing about this yummy fragrance, it was my everyday fragrance in the fall and winters of my senior year of HS and after mixing it with cheirosa '71 from SDJ, it last real long 8 hours tops on my skin, but lingers for days in my hoodies and other clothing, however i've mostly worn it alone its so good, it smells sensual and real, i love the red berry sugar cacao opening, so smooth in the cold, i've gotten indirect compliments and direct ones too, it feels good knowing im the person that smells nice and they dont know its me haha. it doesnt smell childish [to me] its a versatile scent like 13-50 if you will lol! this is for real gourmand lovers that like something a bit musk and sensual.

Eilish has been my signature scent since it first came out, and I haven't found a better vanilla perfume than this one. It's sexy vanilla with a bit of spice. Not like those artificial and boring, cupcakey, overly sweet vanillas that are overcrowding the market; this one has depth, it has character. Lasts - AGES, I'm talking multiple washes, and it's still there. See, what I'm getting at? I'm yet to try the intense version when it eventually comes to Europe, but I'm sure I'll love it even more. It's cozy, it's warm, like an apartment in autumn/winter after baking any sort of pie, a lit fireplace and sitting around in the living room drinking wine and reminiscing with your closest friends. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.

I love a good celebrity fragrance and never felt like they are to be shamed against designer ones. That being said, when this launched I spent part of my Christmas money on it and I was totally obsessed with it. Emptied a bottle. My mom loved it so much that I bought her another bottle and eversince then I cannot wear it anymore. Or any vanilla solinote perfume, for that matter, because my mom loves them so much and it's all she wears. I have bought her numerous bottles of Eilish and Nebras since. I unfortunately had to stop her from wearing it in tropical weather numerous times because it was so sweet and strong I would become a little nauseous.
