Erba Gold

I can't understand why people are so hostile towards Erba Pura and Erba Gold; it seems absurd to me. Both perfumes are quite good, very successful, and can be considered turning points. In my opinion, Erba Gold and Erba Pura are much nicer than the summer perfumes of the designer brands they praise. My personal experience is that both are fruit-themed and extremely similar to each other. However, Erba Gold is more suitable for women, while Erba Pura has a more masculine feel. I attribute this to the amount of musk in it. There's nothing to describe the scent because the number of notes is really very large and it's really difficult to describe them one by one, but in the opening, ginger is in the background, while melon and citrus are prominent. In the middle notes, I detected cinnamon and clove sparingly, but I felt the apple very strongly. After 3-4 hours, the perfume became quite difficult to distinguish from Erba Pura. I recommend considering them as sister perfumes and buying whichever appeals to you more. I think it's also suitable for blind buying. It's a complete compliment-seeking monster, an attention-grabbing monster, and the longevity is excellent.

i LOOOOOOOVE this, one of the best Xerjoffs and one of the best summer/spring daytime fragrances ever may i say. Very mass appealing but unique at the same time, Melon and Pear notes are very noticeable and they stand out in a beautifull manner, with the companionship of the charming vanilla and amber this is just a dangerously addictive smelling and nose - pulchritidonous fragrance. Performance is beast - 12h+ easily on skin, projects a LOOT and the sillage is obnoxiously huge. It suits spring/summer daytime as i said and it is a great daily scent. for special occasion just maybe on like a beach - dinner on the holidays but for a family gathering - this wont cut it. It is not blind buy safe at any circumstance, for a lot of people this will be just cloying and too much as the normal Erba Pura is to me, but overall most people like it. Id say the price is justified and id go a step ahead and say id even pay 400€ comfortably. Bottle design is gorgeous as per usual with Xerjoff, same with the presentation. Would reccomend

I finally spent a full day with Erba Gold, on a beautiful sunny day in São Paulo, and it confirmed my previous impression: this is fruit-basket perfumery done very well. It’s sweet, colorful, projecting and full of personality, but somehow it never reaches that point where you think, “OK, I’ve had enough of you.” That’s what impressed me most. It sits almost at the opposite end of Xerjoff from something like Richwood ( no quiet sophistication here, just bright, fruity pleasure ) and yet both make sense within the same house. To me, that’s part of Xerjoff’s appeal: Tony Iommi, Richwood, Torino21 and Erba Gold can inhabit completely different worlds and still be compelling. Erba Gold is basically a fruit salad in the sun, without the sugar hangover.

Hello, just got a sample in from xerjoff along with 3 others. Just putting this review out there. This is a really nice fragrance, perfect for fruity scent enjoyers. As someone who likes wearing fruity and sweet fragrances in the summer this is a dream. Now I can get clowned on for this, but I manage to pick up a very interesting scent. My best friend recently picked up Vulcan sable by French avenue(dupe of sand dance). I’m not saying this smells like it, but I think a combo of orange, melon, and vanilla is punching through AND IT SMELLS JUST LIKE IT BUT FRUITY. Vulcan sable has a very interesting dirty whiskey vanilla scent that smells exactly like this. I don’t know if I’m like hallucinating but yeah. Fire scent might buy 9.5/10

Erba Gold smells less synthetic, has more depth, has spice, performs at a nice intensity, and has pretty decent sillage. However, I prefer Erba Pura. Erba Pura is louder, doesn't fade, linear and static but at a scent that I actually adore. Erba Pura is beast mode for a night out in the summer or outside in the summer or spring. Erba Gold is more versatile, I think you can wear this in the spring, summer, and and fall nights before it gets cold because of the performance and addition of spices. All this to say, get samples of both and whatever you love, you love. I really enjoy both, however, if I could only use one? Erba Pura cause I actually enjoy the candied fruit smell and how eternal it is.
