Club De Nuit Imperiale

Ok so take my review with a grain of salt because I am a straight male, and this is obviously a very feminine fragrance, I do, however, quite commonly wear women’s perfume so what I can say is this stuff is really good! I actually blind bought it from someone , because I knew if I didn’t like it, I could just give it to my girlfriend lol , and at first, I was a little skeptical because the opening is extremely feminine, almost too much for me to wear and my signature sent is a female perfume, it’s definitely a nice opening. It’s not bad by any of the imagination, it’s actually really pretty , I was just worried it would be too feminine for me to wear, but luckily the dry down came in clutch, and it’s amazing! And actually wearable as a guy if you got the right vibes, it starts off as an overly feminine fruity pink rose smell that’s extremely strong, in a good way, of course if you’re a woman, but what really surprised me was the dry down because all that syrupy fruityness eventually turned into this really cool smoky darkish “red” rose smell with a whole lot of bright amber and vanilla behind it, and it’s actually totally wearable if your a guy in my opinion, especially if you have a little more of an alternative style I would say as long as you’re confident you can totally pull this off as a guy, it’s really nice actually I recommend it

Before maturation I disliked it, but once it finished it became one of my favorites. It starts very floral, pretty much just pure rose, but as it dries and the other scents start mixing in it. You get a powdery floral smell with some vanilla and musk and a hint of some sort of fruity smell. The incense is also pretty prominent so you'll want to avoid it if you dislike it. It's the perfume that gets me the most compliments from my classmates. Also this perfume last for forever, though part of it is that I'm an over sprayer. Sometimes a week after I first sprayed it on my hoodie and even after washing it I can still smell a hint of the perfume on it.

First off if you don't like rose scents this is a no go! It's heavy on the rose and strong! I do really like it rosey musk, elegant not old lady. I don't know what the OG actually smells like but this really reminds me of Montale Roses Musk. For me I do have to be in the mood for wearing a rose scent. They're not a straight go to for me, particularly if they're rose dominant. Need to be in the right mood and this one I'd keep to just spring and daytime. It's strong so I wouldn't wear summer when it's too hot. The bottle I don't think matches the scent. I'd expect more of a white foral from this bottle. Still it looks really nice. Happy blind buy.

I am avidly not a fan of the rose/litchi fragrance profiles, but I appreciate fragrances like Delina for what they are. That said, this is a great perfume. As with all clone fragrances you will not get the nuance that the originals offer, but the majority of people would not be able to tell the difference. The difference I noticed when comparing side to side is that the rose in Delina is airier and a bit more sparkling- reminiscent of a champagne effect. Whereas the rose here has more density and tartness, like a juice. This is an incredible price for room-filling sillage, hours of longevity, and niche adjacency.

This smells a little sharp on me for the first hour or so, then settles down into the a powdery, floral scent with good sillage, though there is still a slight 'tang' to it: whether this is a chemical/synthetic issue or the fruity notes, I'm not sure. It almost reminds me a little of Miss Dior Eau de Parfum in a bargain basement kind of way. While I don't love it, it's pleasant enough for daytime wear, and one thing I do appreciate is the huge bottle for relatively little money, which means you can afford to be generous with it.
